For the first time, I just ordered a pizza from pizza hut, to be delivered, through their app. There was a $3.00 delivery fee added to the total cost. Does that money go to the driver or do I still have to tip them?

It’s been awhile since I’ve ordered but I’m pretty sure it says the delivery fee does not go to the driver in the check out

frick! I don't think I have anything smaller than a $20 and I am not giving them a $20. Do they take jingle change?

Delivery fees are getting out of hand.

They should be able to break a 20.

Did you pay with a card?
There is a line on the receipt that you sign for a tip

This is what I really should have asked.

If the delivery fee doesn't go to the driver, then why does Pizza Hutt charge a delivery fee? Does it cost them more to get an order ready for delivery?

I freaking hate delivery. It's ridiculous how Pizza Hut has ignored their pizza is best when it's served immediately out of the oven.

There are operating costs associated with having delivery available.
What do you think pays for the Pizza Hut sign drivers put on their cars?

Delivery usually sucks. I’d much rather go pick it up

It amazes me how some of you people are capable of even getting out of bed everyday without asking the OT.

They say it doesnt, but I'm telling you it does...partially

L Franques is my personal friend. He owns 300+ of them. I've actually had people argue with me in here about this topic before.

I won't post again about it, and yes, I still tip

It clearly says that any delivery charges are not given to the driver. Come on, man.
