Anyone thinking it's not early May is out of touch with the economy. If you wait to June 1st the Louisiana never recovers, at least not in the next two decades.
June 1st is just not an option for most of the country. The economic impact will be so severe that it will put us in another great depression.
Most of the country will start opening up in phases in early May. Any state that goes longer will be risking severe economic impact. The only place that could recover in relatively short order would be New York City
