I’m family friends with legitimate cowboys. They do team roping tournaments every weekend, have roped in Vegas, Cheyenne, all over the place. They are ranchers for their day job. They all wear square toed boots.

If you want to include hunting boots, dress boots, work boots and casual boots, roughly 10 pair of boots.

I have a pair of square toes that I'll wear if I plan on visiting a job site. But if I'm going to be inside then I'll wear some round/pointed toes.
