You could impact that company in a small way. Just unload on them in yelp reviews and things like that. It takes as much time as it does to post on here.

Leaving them a few bad reviews on yelp is much different than making it your personal mission to deprive good, hard working people of their livelihoods.

That's because they have limited power... if you would leave a bad-faith poor review for a company, you'd fire people for the same reasons if you had the power.

I get where you are coming from.
However, I make sure to not patronize the worst offenders.
frick Amazon. I realize eBay and Walmart aren't perfect but their the lesser offenders.
Same for Uber I now have Lyft.
Etc etc
While small scale, we can force change this way.
