You know none of that is in America.

I didn't catch the 'merica only memo.

If you choose to fly an American product internationally, that's your mistake.

You obviously don't fly overseas much because in Business and First class one of the first things they do is.....wait for it.....give you a complimentary pair of comfortable pajamas.

If you flew international, especially international business you'll know that no one SHOWS UP to the airport dressed like that. LHR, CDG, AMS, DXB FRA, where have you.

fly Emirates.

My office building is right next to a hotel that Emirates uses to house their flights crews. I sometimes see them get on and off of the charter buses in front of the hotel. No U.S. airlines have stewardesses like that anymore. They're young and thin. God bless them.

I also wouldn't give much of a shite if anyone boarded the airplane wearing pajama bottoms.

Yeah, I don't care. Body odor, fat rolls not falling out of clothing, and not being an arse are my general needs for fellow fliers.

What are you talking about, chief? If I fly from New Orleans to New York or LA or Chicago I'm flying in the continental USA.

Emirates don't give a shite about PC and lawyers the way that US carriers do, once those broads get too heavy, ugly, or marries, they're gone

I don't know what to tell you then because some do. I sure the frick wasn't snapping pictures of people in security or customs but people sure the hell do. Definitely not the majority or anywhere close to it. But, you are mistaken.

I've flown all over the world, and PJs in the airport is not unique to the US. However, domestically in the US, we seem to have a higher contingent of PJ wearin' folk.

You didn't specify domestic, chief.

Yep, many of the Middle East and Asian airlines still have "quality control".

And this is why.

Unfortunately our "experienced crew" members flying domestic routing in the US are usually senior and DGAF anymore. Makes no sense.

Air Asia, one of Asia's discount carriers, seems to take great concern in their staff appearance. They probably have the most consistently attractive staff of any airline I've flown.

And what we get:

I don't "hate" them I just think it's part of a societal movement of "not giving a frick" which has permeated all levels of our country. Hence the stupids run things. We used to be better than this.

This, this, and more this.^^^^
Our country has been overrun by Kardashian-loving, Walmart-shopping, ignorant fuqs.

Maybe, but it's like my grandpa always said "if you don't work, you don't get to complain".

So your opinion might not carry much weight on this matter.

And I love em for it. Qatar Airlines is like this as well. I don't think I've ever once seen an unattractive stewardess on either airline. And they're not just pretty faces. The customer service is excellent.
