Legs / Push / Pull / Legs / Push / Pull / Rest

Abs 3-4 times a week, never on leg days since i usually feel like shite at the end of my workout. Run sprints twice a week. Try to foam roll and do stretching/mobility stuff as much as possible for my legs. Sleep like a champion and eat like a machine.

Did yoga last night. Did all my crazy moves and everything. Nothing hurt, even when I did back bends and plow variations.

It doesn't hurt when I do it but when I sit or lie down it starts bothering me.

When I get sciatic nerve pain, I take about 40mg of prednisone two days in a row.

Don't take it with ibuprofen though.

That usually nips it in the bud.

I even did shoulder stands last night with one leg in the air and the other leg touching the floor with my toe behind my head. I'm flexible, brah.

Doctor won't do shite but offer pills or shots. Go see a chiropractor. I thought they were quackes until i hurt my back. Also reverse hyper extensions really help also.

Sounds like a compression problem. Try reverse hyper machine if your gym has one.

If you're conflicted, go see a doctor. Why risk it?

I made an appointment with a specialist but he can't get me in for like two more weeks, if I'm lucky.

I hope all goes well. I'd take it easy until then. No sense in risking permanent damage.
