Over the past 5-10 years, I’ve waffled between different scents, but mostly sandalwoods from D.R. Harris, Geo Trumper, and Taylor. Lately I’ve been stuck on Club Guy from Phoenix Accoutrements for it’s classic barbershop scent and absolutely amazing fresh feeling that lasts long after you put it on, and it’s shave soap which is super thick and protective when shaving. I’m open to ideas though. What’s your go to shave and aftershave, the shite that makes you feel like “hell yeah, my dapper arse is ready to face the world” in the morning.

I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Shave 2-3 times a week with Barbasol and a hot razor immediately followed by a few splashes of water and some fresh aloe vera extracted from a leaf. Rinse off after about 10 minutes to no razor bumps, cuts, and hydrated skin.

Soap is whatever available - Williams, Gillette, Barbasol, etc.

Aftershave is typically Stirling Barbershop scent

Everything “bothers” or offends a lot of people nowadays. My response, tough shite.

working on a tub of Cheshire right now. Great lather and scent. I wish they made a sampler pack

They do. Go to Maggard Razors website. They have samples from just about every company. B&M, Declaration Grooming, Taylor of Old Bond, Ariana & Evans. All like $2-3 per sample.

You may want to get an Aids test if you believe in taking care of yourself.
