Every time I pass by it, it’s empty.
Is it finished being built?
Finished built but no occupants?
-looks like a pretty expensive joint just to be sitting there.

They'll definitely have at least one occupant when it opens. A tech company funded much of the development. General Informatics I think.

I have heard that per square foot it’s the most expensive office building ever made in Baton Rouge. And accordingly the rent is high.
