Finding out my ex was having an affair. I was able to wrap my mind around it cause I travel a lot for business and things happen. One of the things that bothered me the most was her insistence that we go to counseling which I did before finding out about the affair. On one hand, I wasted a lot of time on something that was destined to fail, on the other I was able to walk away from a marriage with kids saying I had honestly tried.

To me it's the ultimate betrayal and lack of respect...if you want to be with someone else, break up/get divorced.

With all that said, I'm thankful it happened.

When my best friend of 20+ years accused me of trying to rip people off by selling benefit dinners prior to my brain surgery.
Truth is, I never held 1 single benefit and never asked for 1. They were all put on by friends and coworkers.

Damn, you probably win. Recently one of my good friends met up with another of my good friends at the casino, I had recently introduced them. Well one of my friends got hammered and kicked out, he had $140 in a slot when it happened and as he was leaving my other friend cashed out the ticket and didn't say anything. I was/am so pissed because I think it is stealing, his excuse he left it and someone else would have taken it if he didn't. Needless to say I consider it stealing from a friend of mine and he is off of my friends list.

When my summer team coach got mad that I wouldn't transfer to his high school...only let me pitch the rest of the year. I hated pitching.

Getting kicked out of high school.

Did you mean to type ex friend?

Also you should demanded he give the money to your friend or you were going to tell your friend regardless. That's what friends do. .

Obviously, I thought that was made clear in the last sentence....he was my friend at the time he did it. The worst part is a week before my friend was going out of town and needed someone to watch his dogs and house and I recommended my ex-friend saying he was trustworthy.....luckily he didn't end up going. The way I found out was a friend of ex-friends told me about it and thought it was funny and didn't see what was wrong with it since "it was going to be left there anyways". If it was someone I didn't know I would try to let them know they left it, much less someone that I was at the casino with and called a friend. People these fricking days!

Oh I made it clear he needs to figure out a way to get the $ back to him soon one way or another. If I told my friend about it he would probably kill this kid, at the least beat him pretty good, and it would cause too much drama at my favorite bar which I go to like 4 times a week.

I've been "friends" with the thief for a little over a year and hung out with him 100+ times, the other guy for 10+ years and a few hundred times....our picture even made the front page of the Boston Herald for something related to the Whitey Bulger arrest so I would say we are friends.

Because I didn't think it was possible. I didn't do something that justified getting expelled. Sure I got into some trouble but it is hard not to at a strict christian school. But to me the betrayal was saying "we are expelling you because of the influence yall (2 other firends were expelled also) have on the student body...then wanted to preach to me and tried to helop me find jesus. I don't know it is hard to explain.

Also I went to school with a bunch of hypocrites. They would get saved every friday in Chapel...then party their arse off that night. I guess i should have been a hypocrite

Wife said she wasn't happy, and wanted to separate. We even went to counseling, I believe now that she used the unhappy speech as an excuse, one week later she went out a date, one month later was in a relationship with someone, I didn't have a chance in hell, but it's all good now, made up with old friends and made some new ones. I am having more fun now than I've had in a long time. And don't have to hear her bitch about me watching football all the time.
