Go to an LSU football game and see how many ABC agents are handing out tickets to students who dont have cars and arent leaving campus. It's not about safety.
Nor are DWI checkpoints with judges on site waiting to sign court orders for manfatory blood draws. At a couple of thousand dollars a victim they have quite the racket going for the vast majority of people pulled over.
