Best beer I ever had was a Budweiser straight out the tank at the Anheuser Busch brewery tour in St Louis, MO.
They take you to rooms throughout the tour and you just get to pick your beer.
I probably drank 8-9 beers on that tour alone. Just straight tanked. You got to hold it together though or they throw you out.
I should probably work a thread up about it.
Weirdest whiskey I ever drank was at a tour in Dublin where they made the whiskey. Probably got the most hammered I ever been there off that dirty sock water. Teeling whiskey I believe

The tour guide lady said her favorite beer was Busch. I knew right then she probably was a very experienced lady of the evenings.

When was this? You must have gotten drunk and ruined it for everyone else. My group was given one beer and a baseball cap each.

??? There was probably 2-3 beers straight from the tap. We got to drink two before the tour while we got told the history. They stopped in another room with two fridges full of beers. Another 20 minutes. Hammered another 2. I think I also bought 1-2 after the tour. Maybe 6-7 is a more accurate number.
I didn’t get sloppy but I wasn’t driving.

Was this a private tour? History, several building, being shuttled by some kind of open air bus. Ended 2-3 hrs later in a room with a cooler with your choice of brews. Limited to one.
Our group went on a whim and paid at the door.

Back in the day we used to have fresh nights, or something glike that. It was budweiser that was less than 8 hours old. There was a difference

JFC that like saying the best steak you ever had was a medium-well ribeye at Sizzler.
As for the unpoured beer crowd, most of them don't actually like the taste of beer. If you only like beer ice cold then what you really like is beer that you can't taste, but it is the best way to drink shite beer. It is an indication of a child's palate.
