I've heard that those replacement windshields are inferior to the ones that come installed from the factor, as they are thinner. Guess they were saying it would be better to go get it replaced with a factor windshield rather than a glass doctor/etc. Any truth to this?

One of my trucks has 3 nicks1 ding and 1 very long crack in the wind shield... about 8 years.

This is weak as frick. Mine cracked the day I got a new inspection sticker. When I got a ticket for said inspection sticker being past due, it was 23 months past due
