That answer has varied many times in my life. I took a job working in Phoenix with terrible benefits making $7 a hr in 2002 with terrible hours. I quit that job for nothing to focus on finding another job and found one making $15 an hr with much better benefits with better hrs. Fast forward 16 years later I’m still with the same company and would not would take less than 100k more than what I make now to do something I don’t like.
