In 2009 I got the swine flu and had 105 fever for about 4-5 days. It was miserable. I probably lost 20lbs.

I would lay in bed for about 2 hours.....get a nice pool of sweat going, get up dry off with a towel, change boxers and lay back down on the other side of the bed. Repeated this process until the fever broke.
