I had Hill for econometrics I/II and Stahl for Time Series. That one was a little tougher since I had pretty much mentally checked out as it was my last semester and I realized I didn't want to go to grad school for econ, so I didn't really care anymore.

Astronomy was petty damn hard for me. I thought it would be a cool class to take but I was wrong.
That was a tough class. Especially the second one. I had a British teacher who didn't give multiple choice tests. You had to write paragraphs explaining things like the lifecycle of star. That class changed my life though.

I was a 3.8 student at LSU but foreign languages have always kicked my arse. I eventually just took 2 Latin classes to satisfy the language requirements.
I can only speak for the French department, but they did NOT frick around. I remember lots of people failing because you couldn't get away with the usual bullshite you could in LSU classes.
Once we had to write a paper, and the teacher had a scale for the cost of each error. This error costs you one point this one two, etc. She was German, and she sat there and tallied up every error to the point that she passed zero for some people. One guy got a paper back with a -30 on it, lol.
LSU liberal arts college required 15 hours of foreign language for my degree. I was like, "well, I'll go ahead and get a French minor." They said it was going to be 15 more hours! Yeah, I don't have that French minor.
