Some kids from my high school booked a "Senior Cruise" for their senior trip, thinking it would be all high school seniors. Of course, they went cruising with a bunch of blue hairs.

We had the opposite happen on ours. Ours was Seniors cruise(as in HS seniors) and there was some pissed off senior citizens on that cruise bitching about us crazy kids.

Several LA HS on that cruise. Denham Spring High was kicked off at the first port for being too drunk(well like 5 of their students on the cruise)

It depends on where the boat is registered. I know Royal Caribian you can drink if youre 18 as soon as you untie from US docks. It wasn't like that when I went on Carnival though

Don't need to. You can bring as much as you can carry on a Disney cruise.

I had a bag full of wine and liquor. It went through an xray machine and that's it. No questions.

It's 21 on pretty much all US based cruiselines, but if you are going they are going on a Disney cruise I imagine you will be with them. That allows you two options you can buy it for her or you can bring it on. Disney allows you to bring on alcohol. Call me at work tomorrow and I can fill you in.

Have to be 21 to buy it, but there's nobody that'll tell them they can't if they can figure out how to get it

went on a carnival cruise to mexico last year, you must be 21 regardless where the boat is. BUT my daughter was 20 and we were buying her those drinks they bring around and discreetly giving her one, after the first day, she was getting her own and no one asked for I.D.
