In BR it's definitely black women. They drive like they want to die and take everyone with them.
Black dudes either drive at a crawl or 90 mph. They are alway getting out and checking in their trunk at red lights and/or in the wrong lane and need to get three lanes over like they had no clear destination and suddenly remembered they are in a vehicle.

In MS not a slight but country blacks god bless them act like they have absolutely nowhere to be ever. In a complete contrast to driving through TX, when I’m driving through rural MS it’s like no one’s driving the speed limit.

the same one leaves soiled diapers in parking lots, doesn't return shopping carts and won't take a right on red but will run red light 4 or more seconds after it changes

Younger drivers in Vegas definitely seem to be “Fast and the Furious” rejects.
