I just got a Thera Pearl cold/hot shoulder wrap about 6 weeks ago. Paid $30. Works good and stays were its supposed to.

Lol. I am sitting here with fricking frozen peas on my shoulder......got too enthusiastic with the workout today.

There is a portable icing pressure sleeve that works wonders after this type of surgery. Ask your dr and your insurance will not pay but it will be the best money you will ever spend.

The one that attaches to a small ice chest- I want to say polar something. I got mine from the Andrews Institute.

They gave me one the day of my surgery.

get some (2) big gel packs off amazon--10" x 16"--keep in freezer..put one in a pillowcase then drape across shoulder. 1000x better than dealing with ice..you can rotate them around-20 mins @ a time as much as you can stand it for the first couple days then 4-6x daily until you're done w/ rehab. the first few weeks suck, gets much better starting week 3ish..
