Who the hell do you use then? FedEx and the USPS are on an entirely different level of incompetence. Hell, in alabama, a FedEx driver was just throwing shite off a ravine instead of delivering it.
Fair question. I once ranked it UPS>fedex>usps with usps dead last by a lot. That was around 2004 when I had a summer job that involved a lot of shipments by UPS. They did very good by us.
Today I prefer Fedex and don't mind usps and refuse to deal with UPS. They have really burned me with a few customers, like when they shipped a critical overnight part to Harrisburg PA instead of Omaha NE. And then took four days to find it and get it back to Omaha. Im not getting that customer back.

UPS has been completely effed up the last two years. Two weeks is quick by today's standards per my experience. They are still delivering mail up to 8PM in the evening at our home

i had a package out for delivery a few weeks ago...the tracking page said it would be here by 7pm...it hadn't shown up by 9pm, so i started the live chat option to find out what was going on...the rep said that it couldn't be delivered that day due to severe weather...i told him it had been sunny and cool all day, and he said "well, there's severe weather in other parts of the country"...i asked what that had to do with my package not being delivered...he said that they were holding back packages everywhere because deliveries where the weather was bad were so backed up...total bullshite...it was on a damn truck less than 5 miles from my house, and like the usps, the driver decided to go home and not finish his route...

Any updates on your packages? I've got one held up in Hodgkins, IL with a weather delay since Feb 17th.

Same here, package left Hodgkins a week ago. No updates since.
