I like that they started offering you credits towards movies, books, and music... Since I'm usually not in a rush for what I order I get the standard delivery with the 1-3 dollar credit and use that to watch movies.

I do think Prime is getting watered down.
The biggest thing I noticed lately is the cutoff for shipping is much earlier in the day than it used to be. Now you can order something at 1pm on Monday with 2 day shipping and not get it until Thursday.
