Unless you’re removing a mole or fixing a cleft lip any plastic surgery is too far. Age gracefully. Nose jobs, Botox, and facelifts all look horrible.
Edit: and boob jobs too. Small and natural looks so much nicer than big and fake. The only people that seem to think otherwise are 50+
