Just left Perkins Rowe because the power went out and alarms started going off in the middle of our movie. We got outside and realized that all the power was off even across the street at Buffalo Wild Wings. Drove further down bluebonnet and all the lights were out and the mall was completely dark. Police and ambulances everywhere. I have no clue what’s going. Anyone know what’s up?

Sitting here in the dark wondering the same thing! Heard a few booms and the power flickered 3 times and went off

It appears that the Piccadilly's on Essen Lane blew a flux capacitor causing a rolling power outage up and down Bluebonnet and Siegen to quite a few residential and commercial properties.

I was on Jefferson and Corporate, facing bluebonnet, and about three blue flashes of light illuminated the sky from that direction. This was about an hour ago.. Wasn’t sure it it was lightning or something else going on.

linguistically, what is it called when you properly double a word?
"on on"

Don’t think there’s a word for it. There should be.

I noticed it but was concerned about the topic and didn’t know what to put in place of “on on”. Bothered me leaving it that way though
