Surprised Richard Kuklinski hasnt been mentioned yet... this dude was a Mafia hitman that has 100+ counts of murder against him.

I remember reading he would put some sort of chemical in a spray bottle and just spray random people on the street.. 5 seconds later they would drop dead of a heart attack. Guy was a ruthless, sick frick that didnt give one singe frick about life.
