Just get some Ivermectin Sheep Drench on Amazon or at ag store and dose it for dogs (google it)

I’ve also just walked into a vets office and said I was on vacation and my dog got fleas and they let me buy it over counter

Actually the ivermectin might just work as heart worm, sorry. But the rest of my post might still be helpful.

You can get frontline here without a script. Already got it and put it on her two weeks ago.
It's not working completely. Killing alot of fleas, but she has still got them. Think shes just getting new ones from the infested puppy next door.
