It’s not that black and white.

There are a lot of functions / organizations / services for companies and corporations that will need to be able to meet at an office. And they aren’t necessarily going to go out of business because of that.

You'll see a decrease in demand for the amount of space but it won't be as drastic as online doomsayers say. My small business doesnt have ine but that's only because I have two employees (myself included).

Flex office space, coworking, and private office suites were becoming the norm before COVID and will be a good in between both from a budget and workspace perspective coming out of this - for those who desire office but not the baggage and expense of the big, large, long term office leases.

I agree. No one is saying it’s all or nothing. But enough companies leasing 4 floors reducing down to 1 floor across the board will pinch that market as we’ve never seen before.

And for those who need the office environment there are 2 (or more) who don’t want the rigors of going into an office, travel, parking, hell getting dressed to do what they can do at home.
