First it is beautiful...it is also with eggs...it is either a Clubionidae (already mentioned) or genus Hibana, of family Anyphaenidae or genus Cheiracanthium. Hard to tell since you wouldn't get close enough scary rascal.

And just to give some of you chickens the shivers

Unless it's one of those thin leg/tiny body spiders....it's considered a dead spider to me inside the house. Outside of the house is a different story.
