What to do in Phoenix?

Flying in for work tomorrow, landing at 9. Work stuff doesn't start till Tuesday so I'll have tomorrow to myself. I'm staying at the Hyatt. Any recs on things to do? Restaurants, bars etc?

You picked the wrong time of year for a visit.
That being said, its not too hot during the evenings here and plenty of things to do down town.
However, the bar option might be your best bet.

Very seriously considered bringing my clubs until I checked the weather.

Spunky....on a plane right now heading to PHX for work. If you have a rental car, take a drive north to Sedona. Awesome scenery

Also there is a famous pizza joint in Scottsdale too. Never been but heard it's great.
106 isn't bad, go hiking. Enjoy a pool. Rent golf clubs. Go check out the outdoor flower garden/arboretum, it's pretty awesome.
I go out there in the summer all the time and as long as you hydrate properly you're good.

Go to Old Town Scottsdale. Bars/restaurants/shopping all within walking distance of each other. Wayyyyyyy better than downtown Phx.

Also....there is a top golf in Scottsdale. Off loop 101 and Indian Bend rd
