1 pm at my brother's house, 6 pm at my sil's house. Thankfully they're only a few miles apart.

People can start showing up at noon. Meal is ready promptly at 1 pm.
A few stragglers show up around 3 or so after they go to other family commitments first.
Once evening sets in, I'll light a big bonfire.
