re: What time should a place with "cafe" in the name open?

6-6:30 seems to be the sweet spot. I meet with some guys for breakfast and we’ve had to pick a new spot recently because the place we’d been going moved from a 6:30 opening back to 7:00. Hard to eat breakfast and get to work if I’m waiting in line to order when they open at 7. At 6:30 we could grab a table, wait until the initial line dies down and then go order.
