Not much we can do we already give them a check, an EBT card and a cell phone. Are you suggesting we buy them trashcans because it has to be our fault that they don't have trashcans and therefore no proper place for diaper disposal. I think you are on to something, we need to buy them trashcans.

First we will have to have a rich senator cut a deal with rubbermaid and his brother will have to open a trashcan company. Next, the senator will have to get the trashcan bill hidden deep within some other bullshite law that none of those scumbags read but everyone is for and we will have to get it to pass through legislation. After all the senator and congressmen find out what their cut is we can buy $13.00 trashcans from rubberamid for about $750.00 each to assure we have enough to pay the elected officials and who really gives a shite its just taxpayer money anyway so no sweat off their back.

Im for it, lets start the trashcan initiative.

I've only seen it once before. It's pretty damn gross because cars run over it and smear shite across the pavement. And the person only had to walk to the trash can in front of the store.

I shop at Sams club, they don't accept EBT cards for membership dues and I don't have to listen to blaring rap music and wait in long lines at the gas pump.

Mandatory hours of community service cleaning park bathrooms or some other nasty cleanup that involves picking up disgusting stuff that other POS people like them have rudely tossed aside for "someone else to deal with".

Sentence them to be that "someone else" who has to deal with nasty stuff like that so they can see how others feel when they have to clean up after them.

Also cleaning out poop from dog kennels and cat litter boxes at the local animal shelter would be nice too.

I'm all for the punishment fitting the crime.

Ticket them for littering and make them pick up a mile or two of trash on the interstate and hope they encounter a leaking piss jug to deal with.

I bet at any given time that 50% of the walmarts in this country have a dirty diaper laying in their parking lot.
McDonalds bags and empty soft drink cans are easy to be found too.

First of all, assuming the poor do this more often than the wealthy is laughable. More often than not, wealthy people I deal with are 73,718,384 times worse. Their sense of entitlement is disgusting. They want to try and negotiate prices like it's a pawn shop. (thanks pawn shop tv shows...) Then they take everything they buy out of the boxes and throw the empty boxes in the middle of the parking lot. Doesn't take being poor to be complete trash.

The wealthy you are stuck arse kissing and jerking off probably have a good deal of assholes, but I doubt very many are into throwing dirty diapers down in walmart parking lots or doing other low class shite like that.

You think? I see it everyday. I've seen "wealthy" people change their child and fold the changing table up with the diaper in it. They're also more likely (in my experience) to let their kids run around and destroy things. I don't work at a place like Wal-Mart, but we get our share of all types.
