What schools are at the top of the social food chain in BR?

Just looking at these sports championships, and living section in the advocate. U high or Catholic seems like gossip girl compared to Lee.

It's St Michael High School not St Michael's High School. You wouldn't say Lee's High School.

The use of possessive naming is common with saints names. The connotation is that the Saint is a dedicated patron of the school, ergo the school “belongs” to that saint.

Who can really tell what your criteria is, but most would include St. Joe’s & Dunham on your list. Also, Runnels is about to close so I wouldn’t classify them as the top of any food chain.
