Hypothetical of course. Obviously, Cox would charge a fee.
Local Arkansas town is having a town hall style meeting for Suddenlink and the pitchforks are out on social media.

And they won't give a shite as they are likely the only viable option in town

Would give my three chest hairs for Cox Cable.

Why cant you provide me with the internet speed I pay for in the last three homes I've lived in

Serious answer: Ask them about data caps and what speeds they guarantee during peak usage hours (i.e., 5PM to 9PM). Ask them about any extra charges to connect customers who are over 300 feet from their facilities (or if they will connect them at all). Get a commitment from them on total cost for highest bandwidth without bundling and after promotions/incentives—for cord cutters basically.

Maybe you can find a corrupt mayor from Cox Communications like NOLA did.
