Ive said many times on the money board that I buy cheap homes for my employees so I can mitigate the risk of them quitting work due to issues like not being able to pay rent or rent being too much. I only have 2 homes for myself the rest are homes I rent to employees and its great, I control the rent and take it out of their paycheck every week, its made being a landlord a pretty headache free experience.
