If I read that in a review I'd avoid the place.

That's my point. It's not just the numerical rating. You've got to actually read the reviews.

I look at them when researching hotels but most of the bad ones are people with unreal expectations. It’s almost always women.

I read one today on Costco's website that said the item was a Christmas present for his grandsons, so he gave it one star since it hasn't been used yet.
