What is ya’lls opinion of the diagonal creased earlobe, cardiac related?

Saw a guy in the thread yesterday mention it. Of course I have that although not very noticeable and late 30s. Family hx of cardiac disease on dad’s side, none on mom’s. I’ve had the calcium score done and was 0. Just curious if any doctors or nurses have an opinion on it. I know I’ll be dead soon for all the responses saying that and also I have AIDS. I’ve known about it for awhile and on the ambulance I sometimes try and check cardiac pt’s earlobes out to see if they have it
Overall I can’t really tell a trend for it.
ETA: Damn, forgot about health board, maybe this will stay.

My wife (CT surgeon) says Frank's sign may be indicative of CV disease and while the relationship has been noted many times the connection is not strong enough to use as a physical sign of CV disease.
So a doctor's answer to a lawyer is maybe or maybe not...

No proven correlation.

Old school cardiac nurse taught me that and I’ve found it to be fairly true that if you have the crease then you may have cardiac issues. But also I’ve seen many people with the crease who had extensive family history.
But not having a crease in the earlobe in no way means you are not going to have any cardiac issues
Family history is the biggest predictor
