Hipsters.

I started crossfit, and I rarely spend more than an hour in the gym during a workout.

I still lift heavy weights on the reg because I still want to be able to bench 315 and squat 400.

What happened to people that used to lift weights and get swole? People that crossfit just look like normal people, except that they annoy the living piss out of me on facebook. What's the point of working out if you're gonna look like you don't even really work out?

..and he's the #1 guy in the world for the last 4 years in Crossfit.

The dude can overhead squat 377. Yeah, I mean have it in the top snatch position and then do a full, below parallel squat.

Crossfitters

Not close. Hipsters amuse me with some of their weirdness. Crossfitters, the crazy ones (girls), annoy the shite out of me. Dudes that do crossfit usually know it's pretty beta and go to the excuse tank. Ex. I do crossfit but I still lift too. Or, I crossfit, but I don't do the workouts. I do my own thing. The chicks are the ones that don't shut up, but you look at them and go, you work out huh?

Im good friends with 2 guys that just finished up at the games.

Most arent anywhere enar that swole, and they dont get that swole doing "crossfit".

They actually do crossfit, then a bunch of other stuff.

Well, he owns Crossfit Mayhem in Tennessee but, yeah, those in the games do their own thing every day.

Most guys at his level concentrate on the lifts that they are weak on. They hardly do the daily WODs. The final workout in the games was 60 135lb C&Js for time, which is a workout called Grace X2.

If you wanted to compete, the best way would already be muscular from traditional lifting. Crossfit just beats you into shape cardiovascularly and prepares you for non-stop change.

actually most of the guys are former athletes, my too firends were swimmers. Keep guessing though, crossfit cultist, this is funny.
