You are confusing me with another poster with a similar name. Next time try making an actual retort instead of an ad hominem attack. But those without an actual argument usually resort to ad hominem attacks (name calling) bc they simply are not capable of making a valid point.

I stand by what I said about the SCOTUS's ruling. I was specifically referring to DWI checkpoints by the way. They are a clear violation of the 4th.

I can remember when MADD was introduced through their ad campaigns. They were simply PSA announcement commercials that you would see on TV with not much of a hidden agenda except not to drink a drive. Nothing like what it is today.

They are a gang now and not with the same intentions as when the organization first began.

That simply is not true. There are very clear guidelines the SCOTUS has established for vehicle searches and they have determined that when those guidelines are followed there is no infringement on ones 4a rights. I have yet to read a SCOTUS ruling where they said it is ok to violate the constitution because the ends justifies the means.
