Backpacking trips and field problems, I went as much as 2 weeks with just baby wipes and such.

Had a surgery where I had a sizable wound that had to be left open for draining. I wasn't permitted to shower until they closed it and it healed a bit about two weeks after. I wasn't even permitted to sponge off for a few days. It was by far the most disgusting I've ever felt.
