Besides the obvious things that you listed I’ll add
Dumb as a rock (think bimbo type, completely incapable of the simplest chores)
Loud/trashy acting in public.
Does not keep it fresh “down there”

My wife's mother is probably 200 lbs. The wife is 5'6" 130 and wears like a size 4. We are both in our 40s too.
