I spend as much time as I can with my kids, but I'll also go run or to the gym without remorse. When I'm gone, my wife has to take care of both of the kids by herself. Granted she does that a lot, but if she were leaving me with the kids 5 hours for every Sat or Sun, I'd be furious.
