You know, the Who, What, When, Why that an article is supposed to address.
Headline: United Airlines attempts to fix boarding process headaches with new system
Article: LINK
The article discusses a bunch of issues with airlines and mentions there will now be two boarding groups.
That's it. No other information about how it will work.
Pathetic journalism.
By the way, the answer is to stop charging people for checked bags. People jump up to the front to board in order to try to get overhead bag space.
What they need to do is figure out a way to make it easier to get OFF a place after it lands.

It's been replaced by the O's of journalism
Offended, Outraged, Overstated, Opinion as fact, and Outlandish Claims

Alot of journalists don’t even have datelines so we have no idea if it was written ten minutes, ten days, or ten years ago.

Journalism is dead.
All we have now is political propaganda.
