But on the other hand, I know people are not going to give her credit no matter what (with good reason, she might be the worst mayor in recent history and that is saying a lot), but I do give her credit for putting the smack down on looting.

"Bad in Houma"? Mabe this sign, shown very briefly, on CNN, front yard of a Houma residence, works: "Looters, due to the high cost of ammo, do not expect a warning shot". All in large caps.
