Fresh seafood.. all of it. Especially snapper and shrimp. If I had access to fresh snapper and shrimp it would be amazing.

we have a place called rockfish and they get fresh fish flown in daily. trout, flounder, snapper, etc.
plus my store has ahi, swordfish, etc that's pretty fresh

There's a place a few blocks down from me in cinco. Frozen or mixed drinks. I usually get margaritas on the rocks to go with my freebirds

I lived in W. Tex for 10 years and could replicate most everything, and even live crawfish were accessible, but oysters... shucked, unshucked, pasteurized or whatever were universally disgusting.
Tank gawd, I'm within 30 minutes of Shucks again.
