Read the lyrics of the song he performed.

Epic Cajum stated:
quote:

The song starts by basically saying that outsiders hate black people, at the end of the song he states that black people want to cry when someone non-black kills a black person, but want to ignore the fact that there is more black on black crime than there is non-black on black crime. So, trying to point fingers elsewhere, when their community is where is finger needs to be pointed is hypocritical.

Saying that others hate black people, when in actuality they hate themselves, is indeed hypocritical.
which was spot on.

I also stated in the thread about him:
quote:

This funny to see the OT triggered by Kendrick and a song they don't even understand. I 100% guarantee they were triggered when he came out in corn rows, chains, and prison garb, even before a word came out of his mouth.

LINK
ANd there is a ton more starting on about page 21 of last night's OT grammy thread.

Maybe this is where I got pissed then... i'm tired of hearing how racist white people are... sure, some are, but blacks are fueling a fire right now and it's completely unnecessary.

Horrible "music" got in the way of this message.

He made fun of a bunch of clueless suburbanite honkies and made them like it. True genius.

I stopped watching both the Grammys and SNL more than 30 years ago. 2 of the best choices that I've ever made.

He's a racist 27 year old rapper from Compton who doesn't like white people. But he also periodically acknowledges that black people may possibly act stupid. But in the end it's whiteys fault. And they (white kids who just got off their mamas tit) buy his music and proclaim themselves enlightened to his struggle, plight and message. It's hilarious.

I'm laughing at the fricking morons who think it was some artistic expression, just another black bitching about white devil.

I thought this shite was supposed to be over when Obama got elected?

They should've put on Drake instead. White people seem to like him. Plus, Waffle colored brothers were on a roll since the Dunk Contest. 6God could've capped it off and played it safe with Hotline Bling.
