No, but I generally equate multiple exclamation points or question marks to old age/lower tech intelligence.

I have to be the most unobservant person on the planet. I never knew you could tell so much about a person from his or her deployment of punctuation.

The only people I know who ask a question "like this????????" are people my mom's age or people with less than desirable grammar habits to begin with
I am constantly asking my mom why she can't just ask me a question with one question mark.
"Are you going to make that roast tonight??????????"
It makes the question appear much more urgent than it is.

Almost every person in this thread who has some sort of issue with valid punctuation is either retarded, gay, or both.
