go to steak houses on Fridays

I'm good with the fried seafood Fridays.

Ugh, they are doing free veggie soup for lunch all lent... that is not a meal. I guess it is better than the rotating vegan spaghetti, vegan chili... etc. etc.

I think about giving up something I quickly fail to adhere to then think about it the rest of lent slowing tearing myself apart with internal insults

I usually try to reset my prayer life. With the demands of life, I usually get lazy with it.

I've found that spiritual reading with my morning coffee sets a good tone for the day. I don't do it enough though, mostly because of this damn website.

I'm going to start including 20 minutes of reading every morning for Lent and see if my life improves.

No meat on Friday, mass on Fridays during Lent, more prayers.

This was mine every year for a decade. Cut it out completely last year and glad I did. That shite is not good for you.

Good on you. I'm not a teetotaler in any aspect but this vice truly is psychologically destructive

I don’t do much other than things that piss the OT off.
I may go to Canes later and tip 50%.
