You have no idea who you're dealing with.

Move anywhere outside LA and you quickly realize how shitty a town infrastructure wise New Orleans is. Most places look like they're falling down. Roads are like a mine field for potholes.

I honestly don't see who would want to live there besides ultra rich or an alcoholic. Yes there is good food but I can't tell you how many times I've had friends tell me they live in a "nice place" and everything is a hundred years old and looks like it needs to be bulldozed.

Every bar with the exception of a handful looks like a shack with some neon.

Nah, pass.

Good thing this isn't charlestondroppings. You'd be competing with 6000 women posters.

Could you imagine fighting with 300 Paige's?

Citadels 1000:1 male to female counteracts it though.

Don't forget how dirty everything looks. I mean....it's a fun city to
visit....and everyone I know not from LA that has been loves to visit there. But they ALL make the comment of how dirty everything looks.

A garden district house or you mean the mansions none on this board can actually afford that people point to by Tulane and Loyola. That one block pride of the nola housing market.

I added another section.

Seriously, there's a pretty heavy Louisiana representation in the Charleston area. I love that place.
