And why? We have CSpire up here in the sticks and pay $230 month for three lines. Thinking about going with Cricket, Virgin Mobile or similar when contract up in February. Any suggestions on a decent plan for a fair price? TIA

way way way way way too much. holy crapy. $230 for three lines? Basically $3000 for the phone, per year.

Cingular. Grandfathered in to my unlimited everything plan and will never switch because of it. The bastards at the location on Perkins and Seigen will lie and say whatever they can to try and get you to give up such a plan. They can go to hell.

This has been a problem for a long time. I know people that got lied to and told they couldn't keep it going so they switched - then found out they were lied to, and AT&T wouldn't let them go back to unlimited.

I will never ever ever use AT&T, because of this, and also I've found they just suck, in general.

As far as reloability goes I have never had any problems. It's really a crapshoot on who gets service where when you get far enough out. At my house you don't get service with any of them

When it comes to intergrety as a company? Yeah frick them.

No complaints with CSpire service just their cost. Anyone have any experience with any low cost carriers? I have heard good and bad.

I'd recommend cutting use dramatically first, switch to smaller plan, cancel soon as possible. I know most people don't like it, but phones should be for voice and text only.

I've found I really don't use much data as I use mainly wifi. I work all over the country so like to use the internet. But I do appreciate your advice and will look into cancelling with two months left in my contract.

Verizon. I had t-mobile from 2005-2007. At&t from 07-10 and have had Verizon since and don't plan on changing its the best I've had.

T mobile because because they are the most consumer friendly company. Coverage improvements in the last few years have pretty much made them on par with Verizon/ATT unless you live way out in the sticks

Where in Ms are you? I am near Memphis and CSpire still does not have 4G here. The service was awful when we traveled anywhere. Our phones roamed and killed the batteries in 6 hours or so.
Switched to Verizon in July. We got $600 for switching. We pay about $140 for 2 Droid Turbos, and 6gigs of data. I get a 20% discount with my company on the data side.

Project Fi

$20/month for unlimited call and text. $10/GB of data.

Service is run through Google, data is handled through both T Mobile and Sprint networks. I only pay for the exact amount of data that I use.
