Only...not.

Those were great motors to build on. But 325 HP out of a 6+L motor is criminal. Hell, pick any car from the era off the showroom floor and compare 0-60 and quarter mile times...unless you were buying from a performance dealer, having them tuned, or tuning yourself...the performance doesn't lie. They...were...slow. they looked fast, they felt fast, they were faster than most other things on the road, but times don't lie.

Stock for stock...they were pretty pathetic.

I never had a booksack. My dad gave me two old briefcases full of lead. They were locked too. I just walked around doing deadlifts from kindergarten on...
