Back in the day it used to be like that.. Or at least it seemed that way. They were socially awkward and when they would get out on their own.. Around friends or whatever, they were the wildest ones, but today it seems to be more common and they are still able to do things to interact with others, etc

There are a lot of people who call it sheltering our kids but I prefer to call it controlled exposure. My kids read Karl Marx and other bad philosophies in high school and were shown why they were crap. I feel like now that my kids are own their own in college they are more prepared to critically think through everything.
